Annual Seedling Sale 2025

Start your garden with NCF’s home-grown and hardy seedlings. Our seedling sale this year is on Saturday May 17th and Sunday May 18th from 12-3pm. We’ll have over 90 varieties of vegetable, herb, and flower seedlings for sale, along with Vermont Compost Company potting soil and soil amendments. Our gardening experts will be on hand to answer all your gardening questions.

Volunteering

Our seedling sale is only made possible by our many dedicated volunteers. We’re looking for volunteers to help write popsicle stick labels for the plants in March, and help setup for and staff the sale in May.

Parking

Street parking is available on the farm side of Winchester and Nahanton streets.

Pricing

$6 for all 4-packs and 6-packs of herbs and seedling.

$5 for larger, single tomato plants started in our greenhouse.

We will have soil and amendments available from the Vermont Compost Company.

Payment

We accept cash, check with identification, credit card, SNAP, and HIP. Note that some flower seedlings are not eligible for EBT payment. See our varieties list to learn which seedlings are not eligible for SNAP/HIP.
