Dinner on the Farm, Tuesday July 16, 2013

Don’t miss this popular event!

Join us for a casual summer evening of conversation, drinks, and delicious food on the farm!  This farm-to-table dinner will be prepared by a professional chef and it will feature produce grown at Newton Community Farm.  The menu will include a main entree (fish and/or meat), vegetable side dishes, salad, bread, and dessert.  There will also be an assortment of wine.

The event starts at 6:30 pm with drinks.  Dinner will be served between 7:15 to 7:30 pm.    There will be music to entertain guests as you socialize and eat!

The event is held outside on the lovely grounds of the farm at 303 Nahanton Street so unfortunately, we cancel it in the event of rain (if cancelled, folks who signed up are given a choice of donation or refund).    Check our website the morning of the event to get an update on the status.

The cost is $55 per person and $45 per person for a Friend of the Farm.  The ticket price covers the cost of food and also provides some contribution to cover NCF’s education program.   Guests can purchase wine for $5 per glass.

Tickets can be purchased on-line at Eventbrite by clicking Dinner on the Farm.  Tickets will be on sale until the end of the day July 9th.

We also need volunteers to help with this event.  Interested?  Click HERE for more information.
